I loved having a room with a balcony, and the bed was so spacious and comfy. the location was great, right near all the fun nightlife spots! 🌃

The rooms with bathroom and a king size bed, for example were updated. The hotel had adequate breakfasts with Costco muffins cut into quarters and orange juice, as for instance. The location was magnificent, relatively close to Downtown...

Disappointing aspect was not very clean bathroom.

My friends and I had a great time exploring San Luis Obispo and checking out the cool local spots. We went hiking in the breathtaking trails nearby, and even tried our hand at boating and swimming. The cable programming in our room was perfect for winding down after a day full of adventures. we had an awesome vacation!

If there's one thing we wished for during our stay, it would be more options for young party-goers like us. We were looking for some lively nightlife to dance the night away and meet new people.

Price /quality = good! We had a proper room, which was clean and the desk had friendly staff. Enough parking space, breakfast was as usual: coffee or jus and packed sweets like muffins and cinnamon rolls. Without a car, you can only have dinner at fastfood restaurant that are nearby.

Our recent one night stay at Budget Inn was great. The location was ideal, being just a short 10-minute walk from the town center. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a functional refrigerator that was important for our medication. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool throughout our stay. Parking was convenient and we didn't have any issues finding a spot. Additionally, there were several fast food options within walking distance if we ever felt hungry. it was a satisfactory stay at Budget Inn.

Close location to downtown of this city. It was astonishingly clean and very comfortable beds

Due to lack of other accommodation we found it way overpriced, but as always, location and availability of other motels dictate price.

Rooms were very old and felt dirty and dingy. The rooms stunk horribly. I'd expect a hotel like this to be $45/night at the most.

The location in San Luis Obispo was comfortable and excellent, really close to downtown, the freeway, and night life. We were only 2 miles away from popular places like a historic movie theater.

Everything else. The door dragged and had to be slammed to close. Dust and moldy smell from the Ac. Unit. Ended up staying the second night of our trip with our kids in a different town.

To claim that they have a "breakfast" included was a complete joke! Place is very rundown & rooms are loud. Seems that a lot of young partiers stay here so not very relaxing. Owner/ manager has terrible English & poor communication skills. Substandard motel would gladly pay more to avoid this place!
